Hospitable and efficient staff and wonderful small hotel.
The hotel with well-maintained rooms, in a historic area, right on the main tourist area. Savoury and enjoyable breakfasts with local dishes. Early check-in, late check-out.

The breakfast we ordered was tasty with local dishes, a different local food. Stayed in airy a double room with the character maintained. We had a perfect stay that exceeded all expectations, would love to come back here some time.

Location: the hotel was near to main attractions and main food and shopping streets. It also was close to all the historical sights. The room was nicely furnished and had a nice interior. There were a safe, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar, which was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff members were courteous. We appreciated having private and secure parking and the convenient location just next to Jonker Walk, where you can easily walk to the main attractions while still keeping out the noise from the street. Breakfast was simple and good, and the hotel facilities were impressive.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of a very historic street in Chinatown. It's located on a parallel street to Jonker, so you're right on the main tourist area without the noise and crowds. The staff is friendly and polite, always ready to assist with getting around Malacca. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony that offers a view over the rooftops. The attention to detail is evident, from the cozy bed to the bathrobe provided. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, with smiling staff who are always ready to prepare omelettes or fried eggs upon request.
All was great - no improvements needed!

We were greeted with warmth and allowed to check in earlier than expected. The staff showed us around the hotel, pointing out the breakfast area, kids play pan, and mini museum within the compound. Our room, the Grand Deluxe Suite, was incredibly spacious with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Despite the slight delay, the air conditioning eventually cooled the room well. The breakfast had a good selection of local dishes. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Heeren Palm Suites.

The complimentary cookies and candies in the room were a nice touch, adding a festive touch to our Christmas stay. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping street where we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and street food. the spacious and comfortable room offered a great respite after a long day of exploring.
Our stay was marred by the creaky floors and thin walls which made it hard to sleep through the night. We could hear the noise of passing cars and motorbikes at all hours which was quite disruptive.

Conveniently located in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from all major attractions. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Breakfast has a good selection of dishes with fresh fruits and juices.
Noise from the street can be a disturbance for light sleepers.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a very historic street in Chinatown, parallel to Jonker, making it right in the heart of the main tourist area. The location couldn't be any better! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring everything was taken care of. The rooms were spacious, with modern amenities and some even had balconies with a view over the rooftops or facing the inner courtyard. The attention to detail and value for money were impressive, especially considering the breakfast served was simple yet good.
No aspects to improve, everything was just perfect!

Spacious, luxurious and clean rooms in a beautifully restored traditional building full of original features. Big and comfortable bed too! The location is perfect, just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the main street, and walking distance to most of the attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight, with different local dishes every morning.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. The lack of an elevator made it difficult for less mobile guests, perhaps the hotel should consider installing one.
